If you gave us your consent to transfer your customer account by August 11, 2025, you will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully transferred. From that moment on, you can start charging via the Shell app. Until then, please continue using the Shell Recharge app and your existing charge card.

All other customers can now order a new charge card directly through the Shell App. To do so, please install the app, log in with your existing credentials and complete your profile — or register a new account if you don’t have one yet.
