The amount of CHF 50 is a pre-authorization amount.

Before the charging session begins, a set amount is temporarily reserved on your credit or debit card. This is to ensure that your card is valid and has sufficient funds. If you use mobile banking, this amount may appear as "pending" – it is not an actual charge.

After your charging session is complete, we transmit the actual amount you paid for charging to your bank. Your bank will deduct this amount. The pre-reserved amount is released automatically.

The release of the reserved amount takes different amounts of time depending on the bank – from a few minutes to several days.
