The Shell Recharge e-Deal is limited to a maximum of 500 kWh per subscription period, regardless of the number of charging sessions. Once this limit is exceeded, the subscription charging price no longer applies. You can check your current usage in the Shell App. To do so, open the Menu (☰) and select “Subscriptions”, then choose your active Shell Recharge e-Deal subscription. Under “Your balance” you will see how many kWh of the total 500 kWh have already been used. |
